Linda McClenchy has a unique Sales and marketing background. I caught up with Linda recently to ask her about her business, at the recently refurbished offices :    1 Compton House, East Street, Llanwit Major.

So Linda tell me more about yourself, and why I would use your company?

How long have you been in business?

I have always been interested in investment, and the property market for as long  as I can remember. I have  been in business for 7 years, and had an office in East Street, Llantwit Major since 2006.

 Where do you see yourself in ten years time?

Lying on a beach somewhere hot, seriously though, working hard, within my business, and striving to give my clients the highest standard of advice, with their properties and investments.

 How would you, describe yourself?

That’s a difficult one!. Could you do this for me? That’s easy Chaka Chan, comes to mind, with her hit single I’m every woman.

 Why?

Linda is Infectious, outgoing, dependable, very professional and an extremely approachable woman, with sincere integrity.

 What type of customers invests with you, who do you, let your properties to?

Everyone, I specialize, in all ends of the spectrum, whether it is a large or small  property portfolio, or investment.

 How large is your property letting portfolio?

We have properties in Cardiff Bay, as far as the heads of The Valleys, and right here in the lovely Vale of Glamorgan.

 Do you have property for sale overseas?

Yes we do, we can offer stunning high quality properties in Turkey. These include villas, duplexes, and apartments in the areas  of Altinkum, Akbur, and Mavisehhir. All the properties are built to exceptional levels of workmanship, which is expected by my British clients.

How much do these properties cost?

They start from as little as £43,000.

 What are your opening times ? We are here in the office from 9.30-4.30, Monday until Friday, but mentally, I never stop working, I am always, looking  for new challenges and projects.

How do you think your success has grown?

We are a small team here in Llantwit Major, my daughter Clare, and June in the office, are  extremely enthusiastic and professional, without them all this would not have been possible; they have supported me from the very beginning.
