Prior to joining NatWest in 2002, Alison undertook a  degree in Business and    Legal Studies. During her time with NatWest Alison has become  a young      mother with 2 children under 4 years. She works full time and can really       identify with the 71% of mothers in the UK that are also working mums.

19% of women consider setting up their own business, however, only 47% have. This means for every 10  women, 1 wants to start up in business but hasn’t.
